It is our philosophy to remain at the forefront of furniture design and to maintain the time honoured skills that have beenhanded down from generation to generation. The most distinctive hallmark of each piece of Parker & Farr's hand made furniture is the cutting and tailoring of its upholstery fabrics. Covers, hand cut from either our own exclusive collections or customer's own material, are pattern matched throughout. Seams are ironed and skirts or fringes are hand sewn, all our seat cushions sre reversible with concealed zips and all trims in the range feature Parker & Farr exclusive colours. All frames are made from selected hardwoods, which are sourced from sustainable forests throughout the world. Each frame is glued, screwed and dowelled. Our highly skilled craftsmen and women use only the best traditional natural materials including hessian, jute webbing, hair and pure new cotton wadding. Fully sprung mesh top seats are used and the coil springs are of a higher gague which makes the seat springing retain its shape.

CUSHIONS
Seat cushions feature optimal levels of comfort, this is achieved by using either a special blend of 100% oriental duck feather, reflexfoam, Dunlopillo or top quality fibres where applicable.

SOFA BEDS
Numerous Parker & Farr models are available as sofa beds. The heavy duty bed action is robust and will provide many years of use. The reversible mattress has sprung interior for greater comfort.

MADE TO YOUR PERSONAL DIMENSIONS
We are able to offer flexibility of design to satisfy most tastes. Various sizes of sofas and chairs are illustrated, but each one can be made to any specified length or width and have as many seat and back cushions as you wish.

FABRIC CHOICE
Parker & Farr offer a choice of fabrics, these may be selected from our exclusive fabric collection, branded wholesalers collections together with the choice of leather or should you prefer in your own fabric.
